Kizuki is a mobile application that provides a 60-second mindfulness check-in to help users manage and understand their emotions. Access to core functionality requires an active subscription.
You may only use the app for its intended purpose. Any misuse, including attempts to bypass or manipulate its features, is prohibited.
You are not required to create an account to use Kizuki. All personal data is stored locally on your device.
The app is free to download, but a paid subscription is required to access key features. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat. All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the respective app store.

No personally identifiable information is stored on external servers. Data is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Kizuki is designed as a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of Kizuki.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes go into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
