Welcome to Kizuki. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Kizuki is a mobile wellness application designed to help users better understand and reflect on their emotions through short mindfulness check-ins, reflections, and AI-supported features.
The app is free to download and use in part. Certain features, including AI-powered features, require an active paid subscription.
You may only use Kizuki for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Any misuse of the app, including attempts to bypass, manipulate, or interfere with its features or systems, is prohibited.
You are not required to create an account to use Kizuki. Personal data you enter into the app is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
If you choose to provide your name during onboarding, you understand that it may be used to personalize content generated within the app, including AI-generated reflections or messages. For example, the app may reference your name in responses to make the experience feel more personal.
Kizuki is free to download. Access to AI-powered features and certain premium functionality requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat.
Unless required by applicable law or the policies of the relevant app store, all purchases are final and refunds are not provided directly by us.

Kizuki is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Kizuki is a wellness and self-reflection tool only. It is not medical, psychological, or crisis-care treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Any AI-generated reflections, suggestions, or content presented in the app are for informational and supportive purposes only. They may be based on the information you provide, including your mood check-ins, goals, and struggles, but they should not be relied upon as professional advice.
We are not responsible for decisions made, actions taken, or outcomes resulting from reliance on AI-generated content or other material in the app.
Kizuki may include safety measures intended to respond to content involving self-harm or harm toward others, including directing users toward crisis resources. However, we do not guarantee detection, intervention, monitoring, or prevention of harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kizuki and its owners, operators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
